Kadarka is one of my favourites, it's a nice dry red blend.
Tokaji AszĂș is more famous tho, it's a sweet dessert wine made of grapes affected by noble rot, with a beautiful golden colour, often cited as the "King of Wines, Wine of Kings".
Bull's Blood is another renowned Hungarian variety, famously consumed by the defenders of the castle of Eger during its siege by the Ottomans, who had mistaken the deep red wine the Hungarians drank to bull's blood, thinking that the defenders are fighting so fiercely because they have the blood of bulls flowing in their veins.
