Never heard of the term Salia for the Lowlands. The only other terms you'd could that I'd think of would either be Francia (Occidentalis) or Lotharingia.

For Britain there's Albion and Britannia. The only one I can think of for England specifically is Anglia. For Scotland there's Scotia, Caledonia and Alba. For Wales there's Wallia and Cymru. For Ireland there's Erin, Eire, Hibernia.
