Dark/Swarthy (moreno): I think this one is a new category from the last census, I don't really get it. Sounds redundant with brown already there. I guess some of the less blacky blacks fit in here?

I don't think we actually have a lot of records of people's race.
It's because our civil servants used to have perfect records of a lot of information like this on every citizen, which were immediately handed over to the Germans when they occupied us, which lead to the Netherlands being one of the most efficiently cleansed countries.
