Imatra is a rather small city and Oulu isn't the center of Finland so it's quite natural that the roads between those two aren't the fanciest. 80km/h is the basic speed limit during winter, but during summer 100 is just as regular.

But Finnish hate towards Russia doesn't even come from WW2, even though that would be somewhat logical... My family comes from the western Finland and during the Great Northern War, Finland was occupied by Russia and a shitton of people (mainly from my ancestors homelands) were butchered in what we now know as greater wrath https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Finland_during_the_Great_Northern_War . There were also the lesser wrath and other similar instances that have all culminated into generation after generation telling the stories of horror and thus the hate has begun. It's lessened significantly nowadays though and it's usually quite bydlo to hate Russians today.
