It's a good target actually. One of their goal is to provoke a clash between civilisations and lead non-islamists to start violent actions against islamists, in an auto-realising process to reinforce their claim the western world are crusaders who are anti-islam.
People in the western world however are resilient to such retaliations and throwing their countries in a civil war, and teachers, as educated people, working in education, and most of them left-wing, are amongst the most resilient against it and as a group are influencial in politics, as citizen and civil society.
