There's around 7-8 genes that control skin tone iirc, so there is a lot of variability of it within Africa (and everywhere else). She looks like a "pure" African that just straightened her hair (and the white balance on the camera distorts things a bit too).

As far as skin tone goes, African genes tend to be more dominant, but for other features, they tend to be evenly distributed in mixed people. Even if she is mixed, I doubt it's 50%. Use all the autistic terms to classify people you want, it doesn't make her mixed.
