My dad has become a weeaboo it's really bad I don't know what to do-
I guess he's always had a thing for asians and he married my mom because she's half Japanese, but when they were dating he'd hang out with her full Japanese mom a lot even when they broke up temporarily...
But ever since he took me to an anime convention when I was 12 he found the gateway to even more Japanese obsessions. Now he follows girl idol bands, gets posters of the like 18 year old band members, he met some of them in person and got a picture with them, making that his desktop and facebook and everything else background for years. He never stops playing Japanese animu music. He sends my mom shitty AMVs for her birthday.
And that's not even all. He joined a roleplaying website full of 12 year old super weebs and then they got him into terrible animes. He fell in love with some girl pretending to be Yuki from Vampire Knight and still referred to her as that even after finding out she was some slutty white trash kid living with her mom with mental problems, like literally medicated because she's such a psycho and compulsive liar, I guess because she believed she was living in anime or something. So yeah that was pretty shitty and his whole family was pissed at him for that even though we all saw it coming because "you're a 56 year old man roleplaying with furries and children". It's been almost a year now but I still feel the disgust and he's still a weeb just not allowed to talk to 12 year olds any more.
