Main course: carnitas burrito
Beverage: any local Napa Valley wine

Appetizer:
Pickled herring, boiled potatoes, sourcream, chives/onions, hardbread with butter and cheese.
To this is drunk cold lager beer and Swedish akvavit/brännvin.
Main course:
Pork roast with hasselbackpotatis(oven roasted potatoes), brown sauce and apple sauce/blackcurrant jelly. Perhaps a salad.
To this is drunk more cold lager and perhaps more akvavit. Also wine I guess if someone is into that.
Dessert:
Swedish style apple pie with vanilla sauce.

I literally cannot pick, so I'll have to go with the absolute classics
Entrée: Half-cooked foie gras on toast with fleur de sel and whichever chutney you like (or none). Champagne would be drunk with that
Main course: Beef filet mignon in either pepper or cep sauce, french fries and a small salad. A red wine I suppose, couldn't say what kind to pick though
Dessert: Chocolate moelleux/fondant with a scoop of bourbon vanilla ice cream and custard. With this, drink either more champagne, an digestif, or just coffee

1st course: sterlet ukha/tsar ukha with caviar (ukha is a fish soup).
2nd course: grouse fillet with porcini mushrooms, cold crayfish abdomens with vegetables and greens, puff pastry partridge pie. You can also make an original Olivier salad but it's not a Russian national cuisine at all, for God's sake.
