I fucking love Russian food. Its surprisingly hard to come by in Finland though. I've been going to St. Peterborough during vacations for a few years now just to get my fix of borscht, caviar, blinis and shashlik. Even the Russian fast food is fucking great. Here you can't find fucking anything but the same shitty burgers, kebab and pizza with a scant few exceptions in Helsinki. I make sure to get some korshka kartoshka every time I'm visiting.
I like kvas and pelmeni, not sure if they're Russian though.
