Just looked it up. Turns out it's true, and liberals are already pretty butthurt and trying to twist what Scalia said to imply all blacks can't do well in schools. Affirmative action will probably be struck down from what I understand. If the court decides 4-4 for/against, nothing will change because it means the last decision from the lower court will hold. But it looks like the deciding factor will be a more libertarian justice, and if he votes to strike it down it'll be 5-3 against AA/for AA.
