Yeah, it's due to several reasons:
1. Bars and pubs aren't a thing here. It's house party usually in commieblocks where there isn't enough place for others to sleep and vomit.
2. At 1 am you still can use public transport
3. You get both to be at party, sleep at night and be fine on the other half of the next day instead of dying from hangover and lack of sleep.

I'm studying all weekend. I've been studying all week too. I'm going to go home tonight for quiet because it's too loud here on the weekends. I'm really worried about finals. I have one Wednesday night and two on Thursday. The other two that I have I'm not worried about.
