Compared to that, most other slavs I've met spoke a more broken form of english. You might have an accent (prob will) always but you can easily learn spoken english to the point you can speak and converse with any english speaker.
The swedish and norwegians are the only ones I know of who can speak english to the degree that I could barely tell they barely have an accent (swedes mainly)

cz, sz, rz - stand for English ch, sh, zh
ch - equals h (there was also difference in pronounciation but I was never lucky enough to listen to it)
