This is the right answer. The guy who voiced him wasn't even Serbian, and the Serbs in the game didn't exhibit any typically Serbian mannerisms, which is a shame, as Serbs can act in such a flamboyant and distinct manner, as you can see in any of their 'Balkan films'.
