English is my native language, but I don't like most of our music. Spanish and Hindi stuff is way more lively and vibrant and fun to listen to, in my opinion.

The only Hindi music I know is screechy Bollywood stuff with a disco beat, sad to admit. I do have some song in Urdu, actually (I've read that the two languages are like Serbian and Croatian), by the Fateh Ali Khan family, and it seems like deep stuff.

I've been watching Bollywood since I was seventeen, after a Pakistani girl I dated got me into it. The trend I've noticed is that the production quality of both films and music has gone up tremendously since about 2005. This doesn't always coincide with good plot or lyrics, but everything has a way more professional feel to it nowadays.
