Everyone on /int/ is amazingly fluent at English no matter what country (apart from Japan lol). I imagine most of you, unless you're Scandi or something, are outliers in your country as far as English ability, but I'm interested in the level of English ability in your country.
1. What percentile of English fluency would you estimate you are in your cunt? What percent of people can speak English as well as you?
2. What percentage of your population is "conversational" in English, by this I mean certainly not *fluent* but can understand English on a solid intermediate level and can carry on a conversation during daily life.
3. What percentage of your cunt's population would you say is *bad* at English. Not conversational, can't really carry on a conversation.
3. How did you learn in English, and how long did it take you to master?
4. Can you speak and listen as well as you can write it?

You're overestimating things. A lot of people here are the classic 'le I learned english by le playing videogames and watching movies' kind.

i'm not sure about porcentages, but i learnt english because i watched friends (the tv show) so i just would repeat what they were saying
Where do I find uncencored porn of japanies qt's that look like 16 year olds?
1. Probably around 3% since I'm a /lit/ kind of guy, but around 85% of people speak good English
2. Around 10-12%, mostly Mexicans
3. 3-5%, mostly Mexicans
4. I think they teach it in school
5. No in the sense that writing things let's me be more collected and gives me more opportunity to word things right, but other than that yeah

I dunno senpai, I'm probably better at English than your average guy here but not the best. Most people of my level are probably shilling as test prep teachers in order to make moolah of rich overseas bound kids. English is mandatory from elementary school all the way into graduate school, but you'd be hard pressed to find genuine fluent speakers tbqh. I did college in the States so there's that aspect, I would say other than reading Shakespeare and shit I am good to go with English.
