I dislike the idea of faking affection towards relatives i never see, but I like the sense of communion Christmas brings in my little town.
Also, relatives from Switzerland will force feed me with fonduta and chocolate so it's alright.
Christmas doesn't really mean anything to me anymore. Half the people in my life who made it exciting have died and it's just depressing now.
