North east Lithuania has very weird accent.It's almost like Latgalian dialect in Latvia.Sometimes hear it on the TV.

Different dialect for every single fjord, island and valley. Many are almost impossible to understand for 90% of the country. Some parts imported the speech-disorder Rs from the continent as well.
