When I was in England there was definitely a group of rural people that weren't pikeys (they were landed and rich), but they were certainly rednecks. Lots in Cornwall, North Yorkshire, Somerset, Cumbria, Dorset etc.
They were strongly Protestant, conservative, monarchist and their main hobby was illegal hunting and drink driving. I liked them a lot. Dont know if they had a name as a group but they were typical farming types.
