I brush my teeth before going to bed after breakfast.
I appreciate I'm opening myself up for memes here but I don't think that brushing ones teeth is necessary. I haven't done it in 2 years.
I keep my mouth closed to prevent oxidation so my teeth are perfectly white
I only speak in short sentances for 1 hour after eating so the leftover food has a chance to escape down my throat without my tongue throwing it everywhere
