Being a manufacturing engineer in Russia is a hardcore thing. Average salary on this job here is about 600-700$, and we don't have really much machinery production here. That's why I am thinking about moving to other country. After google and some forums observation I've concluded that the best job opportunities I have in my circumstanes are USA, Canada, Germany, France, some Italy and a little bit of Australia and Singapore. It's impossible to move to USA because of lack of any professional immigration programs (in fact, the only way for emigration to USA is winnig DV lottery) and the only foreign language I can speak is English, and anyone I have asked about told me that Italian is a very easy to learn, so, at last, there are only Australia, Canada, Italy and Singapore left in my list. What would you advise? I am into CAD and CAM systems, arrangement of machining and manufacturing processes, and I have 3 years of work experience.
I've checked seek.com.au, http://www.jobbank.gc.ca/, http://www.jobstreet.com.sg/, and I can compiliate such a list in an order of jobs amounts diminishing:
Canada > Singapore > Australia. Am I right?

LOL there's no manufacturing jobs left here. USA went full capital investment after the recession so now they have lots of automated manufacturing but Canada didn't have any money to invest so all our manufacturing jobs dried up.

Well, job-seeking sites tell me that there are still many manufacturing jobs in Canada anyway. What can you say about the Australia or Singapore anyway?

Italian is a romance language, it's only easy to learn if you already know one to start with.

I'd mainly advise to check in on the current economic situation of your chosen country before learning its language and specifically on your field of profession in regards to how well it's standing.

My dad speaks italian and he say it is the easiest of all roman languages.
>check in on the current economic situation of your chosen country
I do, but the conversation with people living there is extremely useful.

That's bullshit, there's plenty of work to be had for engineers in the US, you just need to have a master's and hand on experience before you apply

Then he can help you, though I dont know is Italy is that economically viable.
It was pretty modest, and full of shitskins from Africa trying to sell their shitty goods, when I was in Florence some years ago.

>>51743193
Go to Ausfailia, they have good wages and it should be a piece of caje to get an immageation licence since you are an engineer.
>>

Things are much more hardcore. The only way to move to US without having a greencard is H1B visa which you may obtain by means of finding an employer who would busy himself with issuing the documents. Maybe it's different for israel citizens, idk.

btw m8 how much will you charge to CNC me a stainless buttplug and ship it here?
>>
>>51749032
Yeah, Australia is an easy to emigrate, but, depending on seek.com.au I don't see many manufacturing engineering jobs there.

>though I dont know is Italy is that economically viable

It is though, right? Their government is a bit of a mess and their judiciary is an absolute nightmare, but the economy is still one of the biggest in the Eurozone (comparable to Russia), and they make quite a lot of stuff..
>>
>>51743193
I would choose Canada.
If you study a Master in Canada, the government will offer you a 2 year resident visa and probably a job. After those 2 years, you could try to apply for the citizenship, and you know that the dude weed guy will give it to you no matter what.

Lol, I think it would be easy to perform by the way, buttpulg is a body of rotation, it's 100% lathe product.

>The only way to move to US without having a greencard is H1B visa which you may obtain by means of finding an employer who would busy himself with issuing the documents

exactly
which is why you need a master's and experience
reccomndations help too

quality STEM workers are always needed, that's why it's so popular
you might waste a good 10-15 years studying and working in a soul draining profession before you get a greencard and enough money to open a business and pursue your passions in the comfort of the USA but unless you have fat stacks or close relatives there to begin with it's the only way
>>
>>51749183
I know about that but Canada education is extremely expensive, I can't afford it. But Canada still has skilled immigration program though.

>>51749276
They have a little quota, most of people moving to US using H1B are IT-guys. It's more probable to win DV lottery than get H1B, unless you are really unique specialist.

Don't Russia have some kind of international scholarships?
Also, there are many Canadian foundations that can give you an scholarship if you have good recommendations

>Don't Russia have some kind of international scholarships
It has, but a really little number of it. And I've graduated a few years ago.

I don't have so much money for US PhD education. My salary is 600$.
