Pic is my traditional Sunday pancake. It is about 2-3mm thick, made with soured milk products so it is really light and soft and has a distinctive soured taste. I eat this with strawberry jam that is made from strawberries I grew myself. Didn't make the jam, mum did. The chosen drink is coffee with full milk and honey.
pankek baka desu senpai

Wow, so thin, so fluffy. I'm used to seeing blini a lot thicker and smaller in diameter. Do you have a special name for them?
I like to top my crepes with raw sugar and a squeezed citrus fruit. Jam, butter or maple syrup are a bit to rich for me

That's proper crêpe sucrée (sweet)
Here's crêpe salée (salted)

This is blini. Thick we call olad'y

Not sure what you mean
It's buckwheat flour + salt + water and an egg
Garniture is cheese and an egg, maybe some ham
Behold, the interior of a pancakery in Tallinn :DD
For under 5EUR you can have a savory pancake that a man weighing 100kg has trouble finishing.

;) I had these recently. A friends grandmother made them. Left the dough a bit moist inside which the family didn't like, but I did very much.

I mean the edges, they are folded in the center and under the cover there is what looks like ham or bacon.

Ah yes, maybe, egg - cheese - ham is the standard composition, like pizza
Andouille is superior btw

When I make savory pancakes home I mostly use tomato slices drained and dried, red onion, fresh green onion and smoked cheese or blue cheese. +bacon when I am hungover.
