If i have to be honest, number of poor-looking people and cheap used cars in Western countries is more or less the same as in Poland. Especially if we talk about areas far away from tourist centers. Also housing in the West is much worse than in Poland. F.e. UK has terrible housing, nordic countries have weird fetish of wooden houses.
