I know a Dane who is completely fluent in English (certifications etc) and does translations for a living.

His accent makes him 100% impossible to understand, but he sure writes a pretty paragraph, man.

i lived in the united states, i know 2 people that speak English almost as well as i do. they learnt English as children, watching tv. Their vocabulary is great. One has more of an internet-ish vocabulary, a lot of swearing and he says "faggot" a lot, his accent is good and it sounds nearly american. The other one speaks in a london accent, kinda cringy but she does okay, her vocabulary consists of longer and more polite words, rather than shit fuck bitch and the rest, mainly because she enjoys British literature and TV.
