Actually that Prague statue isn't a dedication to the women of the EU. It was made by Lea Vivot, a Czech-born Canadian who has a history of making sculptures involving benches and the risque. This sculpture was also for a private client, this being the Saska Lottery Corporation, not as part of some EU memorial to women.
Here's a picture of the sculpture, "Bench of Vice" in its entirety outside the Saska Lottery Corporation building in Prague.
