City is about 1m pop, avenues and streets in bad shape, bad public transportation, but unlike big cities, people actually drive like decent human beings and population/workplaces are evenly distributed, so traffic is in good shape despite having shitty facilities.
downtown is literally hell
in the suburbs its ok, altho it can be hard to find a nice place to park too
