I would advise Turin, nice city with nice nightlife, lot of things to do, both cultural and mindwasting

that depends, what if you like to do, to see etc. etc.
usually if you work in bars, pubs, cafès you can have weekly work, sometimes weekend alone or even daily (tho I think you get less monies)
you can stay a week in each city working like three or four evenings-nights in total and have the rest for yourself, that should suffice for the budget alone
if you have more than a month you can visit a lot of different cities in the north/central-north Italy
there's Turin, Milan (tho I don't personally like this city), Genua, Bologna, Modena, Trieste, Firenze, Pisa ... and many more, these are the first coming to mind
another possibility is working for the hostel/hotel where you sleep, I don't know who and where offers this kind of thing, usually they can offer a bed and some food in change for work
