Sometimes. I worked at a gas station for a while where loud music/subwoofers weren't tolerated.
Cops get free drinks there so they just kind of hang out.
One time a guy was blasting his and we told him to fuck off or we'd call the cops, he said we were racist. Surely enough, a cop pulled up, this fuckin' guy sped through the carwash and hopped the neutral ground to flee.
