I don't know, because I live in Bavaria, but our winters are shitty. A lot of rain and barely snow anymore. The streets turn to mudways or slippery death ways and every tree is dead or an ugly conifer that's demaged by the dirty air in the city. At least it isn't as dry as in Asia.
