It's a balmy 73 degrees in the valley right now with some gusts expected to pick up this evening with generally cooler temperatures but no precipitation.
Its expected to warm up over the day with a high pressure area pushing in off the southwest, and more help from that easterly wind picking up, bringing that warm desert air over the mountains.
Also, any commuters taking I-215 through the Inland Empire should know there are some reports of that Christmas hail of hot lead popping up around San Bernardino, so you may want to take the Freeway if you can to avoid that mess, with traffic expected to be congested though the evening.
Things are expected to warm back up over the end of the week; you can see this system pushing across bringing that nice sunny weather, and the wildfire threat is pretty low, so you can relax if you are in the Riverside area....
