Emmm... Communism is a stage of evolution of human society. It was described by Marx, but it wasn't achieved anywhere.
Chinese socialism has been dying since Deng Xiaoping market reforms. Modern Communist government and the heads of the Party in China are more of a millionaire club. They are perfectly fine with modern system when chinese people work for foreign companies and the leaders are getting their cut.
