I'm going to talk about immigrants instead since it's more complex than just race.
I live in Richmond Hill when I'm not in Hamilton for school, and lived in North York for most of my life. This place is like the immigrant mecca. Even white people are immigrants. I'm an immigrant, grew up with immigrants, and am surrounded by immigrants. My current housemates are all second or first gen immigrants. Croatian, Luxembourgian, Dutch, Italian, Indian, and some dude with a French-Canadian/Israeli Syrian combo background. Splitting up racial minorities is difficult because of how much range they have. I can say the Chinese are some of the best and worst immigrants. Same goes with Indians, Pakistanis, and what not. Basically any family that's relatively wealthy, is educated, stays out of trouble, and assimilates properly is good regardless of their race. A whole lot of Persians and Koreans. in Richmond Hill fit this category. A whole bunch of Russians and Jews at Yonge/Bathurst don't.
