Which of these states is objectively the best to live in?
They're all pretty similar in some regards (cold, tons of forest and lakes), but they're also unique in their own ways.
What do you want to know about MN?

I live in Minnesota.
Would not recommend it.
Alaska seems comfiest for me. I'd be fishing for salmon almost every weekend while smoking joints.

Minnesota is the only one with a real metropolis and a countryside. Minnesota for me.
>>51483748
MN is quite white
>>51482640
Maine is more of a shithole than Poland. Do not go there.
Maine's weather sounds pretty appealing but MN is a lot more developed so I'd go for that.
Unless you have a very specific type of introverted personality, Alaska is shit (Source: I worked there for 9 months)

Mainah here, what do you want to know about the state, OP?
Just some cool things to know:
We literally have no gun laws except those we're forced to follow under federal law.
You can own a 'wild animal' (Wolf, bear, etc.) if you have it registered and get a license.
Lolis are drawn, and you will never be brought to court for having cartoons, regardless of how offensive it might be.
You can buy 'raw' milk.
>>51492530
>You can buy 'raw' milk.
What? I have not heard of this
>>51493354
Yeah, a lot of states restrict or outlaw it.
>>51482640

Pick one. The pic you posted looks like Minnesota with less trees and a flatter coastline. Try again.
>>51482640
IF you enjoy the cold and general poverty being made harder by wealthy people moving in and making everything that much harder. Feel free to move to Maine.
>>51485029
Maine's got Portland. Which is currently some sort of weird hybrid of small town and big city.
>>51499557
Are you really comparing a great lake to the Atlantic and pacific oceans?
>>51499557
1.) Your lake is not the same thing as the North Atlantic
2.) The Appalachian range runs up the Maine coast, including the highest peak on the eastern seaboard, Mount Khatadin, which is more than twice as high as the highest peak anywhere in Minnesota, so no, not flatter
3.) Maine comes in at #1 for the most heavily forested state, Minnesota at #30
You should be embarrassed Tbh
While we're at it, Maine is also whiter and safer.
>>51499925
Portland is based Tbh
Although there is a disproportionately high number of lesbians and hipsters moving into the city.
Maine

Really? You want to compare Minnesota's lake lights to Maine's lighthouses? A sizable chunk of Maine's economy is based on lighthouse tourism, this is what Maine does best.
>>51502772
They've already taken over. We've lost most sections of Portland to them or random clusters of refugees.
>>51482640
1. Maine
2. Minnesota
3. Alaska
There it's settled
