Happiness is not some destination where once you arrive you can live out the rest of your life there. It's a fleeting emotional high you feel under various circumstances. Maybe it's when you've got the love of your life in your arms and for that moment you know everything is as it should be. Or perhaps you've just conquered some overwhelming goal and can bask in your accomplishments. It can even be something as small as finally watching a momentous episode of some show and being overcome with hype.
All emotions are just temporary fleeting things but that's what allows us to endure hardships; knowing we'll eventually reach those feelings of happiness, even if hey last for only a few minutes.
Always focus on doing something, doesn't matter if it's work, hobby or relatationship.
You can't have a life without problems, troubles and worries, but you can distract yourself from them.

Not worrying too much about what others think of your actions. There will always be someone who says your dream is stupid or can't be done, or to not be with that girl, or take that job, or whatever.
Don't worry about those people. Take on board other opinions but if you want to do something go ahead. Even if it doesn't work out at least you won't look back wondering what could have been if only you went for it. Your life can change completely, and very quickly, if you just take action
