St Johns Cathedral (Anglican) is the closest to me, but St Stephens Cathedral (Catholic) is only like 100 metres away, they're both in Brisbanes CBD.
There's a very large, ornate brick Church in north Brisbane but evidently It's not a Cathedral according to Wikipedia

The Anglican Church of Australia has 3.7 million members (Second largest Anglican in the Western world), second to Catholics which make up 5.4 million.
My family is personally baptised under the Uniting Church of Australia (1 million members), which was a merger between the Methodist, Presbyterian and Congressional churches of Australia. That being said my whole is not religious at all and I have never been to a church save for Weddings, Funerals and other baptisms. I am fairly sure we only continue the tradition of officially being religious because my Grandma is very religious (Although my Grandpa was not).

Personally I like the Fascist approach to Religion the best, in that religion as a belief system is pretty kek worthy but It's a good tool for people to get proud about their heritage and a way to bring people together.

And my hometown cathedral which took so long to build that the two pairs of spires are from different architectural eras.
Maaan, the only cathedral in Norway that can even begin to compare with many of the ones posted ITT is the Nidaros, and even then it would fall short. But I digress. This is the closest cathedral to me, in the good ol' town of Kristiansand. Its facade needs a bit of restoration work, but all in all it's a decent structure.
