I've never met an officer that wasn't nice. Think about the videos you've seen and take a step back and think about the situation that this officer is in. If you're watching a video of it then that means that the asshole that he's talking to is one of those people who pull out of their phone cameras and shove it in your face while speaking to you.

Of course they're in a bad mood when they're speaking to one of those "AM I BEING DETAINED? AM I BEING DETAINED? YOU ARE BEING RECORDED! WHAT'S YOUR BADGE NUMBER?" spergs.
