I often see reports and statistics saying these 4 countries are latin-american (which they are) but close-mindedly putting them ONLY on the latin-american subgroup, even tho they were/are influenced pretty much by the western culture as much as any other western countries. What do you guys think? Also, there are PLENTY of white people here from germans,polacks, italians etc families, who can trace their line to Europe with only white people in the family tree.

Only a portion of our countries can be divided into your special category. Center/Northern Brazil and Northern Argentina are as "latino" as they get. Uruguay is really homogeneous and I don't know much about Chile.
