Question for /rareflags/ here (I know most of you probably aren't going to show up): what's it like growing up in such obscure countries? What's it like knowing you have little-to-no-culture and the media doesn't care about you? Is it a good or bad thing?
You never hear people say "Blargh is a Pitcarian progressive rock band who won 30 grammy awards", for example. Heck, they only have two TV channels: CNN and Turner Classic Movies.
