Arabs aren't Asian, they're Middle Eastern and they're not unintelligent, I know many smart Arabs
they're not harder to learn because those languages are by definition harder to learn, they're hard to learn for Englsh speaker because they're completely different vocabulary/grammer wise in comparison to, lets say Dutch or French.

It really isn't though. Other that the alphabets (doesn't apply to Malay countries and Vietnam) and the phonetics the grammar is piss fucking easy. No shit, try language exchange and see how complicated the grammar of most languages are compared to your 'what country person are you?' 'You dad mum good?' ect of chinkspeak.
No, because if that were true then we would find that koreans and other east asians raised in the USA who have never learnt korean, chinese or japanese would not have a significantly higher mean IQ than average, but infact they maintain their higher mean IQ of 105.
