Well most shit isn't filmed in D.C. it's mostly L.A. and New York which is still pretty non-white. Actually D.C. has been gentrifying quite a lot recently, a lot of businesses from Atlanta have moved to D.C. after the metro system was built and the young professionals have come along with them.

Yeah but D.C. has always been filled with blacks. London was a white city for literally thousands of years, this transformation is frankly unprecedented. I'm watching Yes, Minister now and one thing that stands out to me is how white everybody is compared to modern British television. It's like in the past thirty years somebody flipped a switch in your country and completely changed the demographics, probably permanently

I was watching an AMC series about American railways construction, "Hell on Wheels". It was good until a fucking negro woman appeared and she really kicked an Irish bandit's ass going away with it. This shit ruined the show which portrayed a Southerner MC's and a black former slave's friendship really good in my opinion.
