Well that's the challenge, to bridge three/four radically different languages. Of course the slavic element would be quite pronounced. Gramatically I'm thinking of applying all the core Balkan Sprachbund features... I'm not sure what to do with the phonology and vocabulary.
I have two versions of this language, and it could serve as two different standards of it. One of them is the "+" version, which has all the grammatical features (cases, articles, both before and after the word etc) and vowels found in balkan languages, namely /a e i o u y ə ɨ / and all the consonants, meaning / δ θ ɣ ʃ ʒ / which aren't found in all of these languages, and a "-" version, which has only the grammar and vowels and consonants that are found in all the languages (so no y ə ɨ δ θ ɣ ʃ ʒ)
The language would have its own alphabet I suppose.
I'm really not sure about the vocabulary.
Romanians are the largest single group, almost double the next one, the Greeks. However, overall Slavs would be the majority, if put all together. I could cherry pick words from each language and obtain a proportional mix, or perhaps split the vocabulary equally. Or I could create a fake ancestor language for all the balkan languages? This is probably the hardest part. Or I could take most of the vocabulary from one language, most of the grammar from another, phonetics and phonotactics from another etc.

Contemporary population of Greece is pre-Greek. These are mostly people of a neolithic and mesolithic origin. Y-chromosomes of the populations are almost exclusively local to southern Balkans.
The largest impact on the genetic makeup of almost any population comes from the earliest inhabitants who managed to succesfully settle the area.
When it comes to modern Greeks and surrounding modern nations, I'll simplify this vastly complicated subject, and just say that modern Bulgarians and Romanians which populate the coastal areas of the Black Sea are mostly of a lineage which is "typically" Greek.
There are three Y-lineages which are common to ethnic Greeks... there are more than ten lineages which are common to Turks... all of the "Greek lineages" are very common in modern Turkey. None of the usual Turkish lineages are existant in Greece.
If there was an invasion, colonization, rape, or whatever coming from Turkey into Greece, modern Greeks would've displayed at least some typically Turkish lineages. In reality, Turkish genetic makeup is more influenced by Balkan peoples. Typical Turkish Y-lineages are found almost exclusively in Anatolia, among Turks, and ethnic Turkish peoples living in the Balkans.
The Slavic peoples in the Balkans are, surprisingly, also mostly pre-Slavic. These are modern slavic-speaking peoples who consist of Y-lineages which are typical to Balkans, and almost non-existant among Eastern or Western slavs.
s I said earlier, even the Greeks are pre-Greek. Or should I say pre-indo-European. The mesolithic and neolithic peoples who inhabited what today is Greece, used to live here for millenia, and there were a few waves of mostly cultural migration which swept through and altered the languages spoken in Greece, altered the culture, but didn't leave enough impact.

Since you can't genocide folk anymore, assimilate Albanians by offering them job positions only among Macedonians. I call it, move "20 Albanians among 200 Macedonians". It will take a few decades but first you'll notice how Albanian language usage drops, and then the people as well. Sex ed in impoverished places = more likely ethnic Albanian and northeastern place. Sex ed will get the Albanian birthrate in line to acceptable standards. Meanwhile, extended maternity leave and cheaper "novogradnja" for Macedonian parts. And you get it cheaper by breaking banking monopoly, which in turn breaks the construction mafia monopoly, dissoluting shitty, obscure firms and under the table contracts and promotes competitive urbanization - break the bank monopoly by introducing more foreign banks (a mistake in the long run, but highly volatile on the government type and people in it)

Also, "Through work, unity" is not just a shitty commie like phrase. It's very effective. Displacing Albanians with job is a good way to integrate them among Macedonians. Something even western European countries failed. People don't realize immigration is sometimes very necessary. But the way western Europe does it, it's not immigration, it's planned suicide. You don't allow people to "occupy" regions and form ghettos. After that, it's too late. This is why Macedonia needs to lure Albanians out of "their" cities with jobs, life standards, other opportunities. This is how it was done ever since the nationalist era. Frankfurt school is ubiquitously the reason for all of europe's and western world's failings right now. Break the circle, through economic reforms and the above proposed assimilation methods, through work/development. At the end of 19th century, it was evident that now 23-24% of our population were Orthodox Serbs. It was even more evident that they have created strong lobbies, with Croatian help, but not always working in Croatian interests, despite using our institutions and our contacts. It's become very evident that they don't intend to keep Croatia in tact, or help us unite north Croatia to Dalmatia. Croats sensed things needed to change, but no one changed anything. We just started being cautious around them and the great Croat-Serbian political sabotages (apparently orchestrated by Magyars, both sides, Croats and Serbs, are obviously dindu nuffin, ko nas bre zavadi, jao bre Mađari sve krivi). Despite political coalitions, only the Hungarian "threat" kept Croats and Serbs together, otherwise it was very cautious relations. We know Serbs could destabilize Croatia in an instant, and there is a fucking independent Serbia next to us, Austrians don't give a shit about Croatian integrity, otherwise Serbs would have never been imported to this level and given that amount of autonomy. All I'm saying is: We sabotage Serbs -> Serbs sabotage us -> bitter social environment. A circular development that dragged us into 1920es, assassinations and final culmination of Croatian nationalism, and the tragic 40es. We were not wise to solve the Serb issue through economy. We couldn't. Now nations can do it, in 2015.
