This. The shit they sell pre-mixed in jars in the US is way too fucking sweet.. You have to use unsweetened pb to make it work, because strawberry jam is like 85% sugar anyway.

Straweberry is too sweet. You need jam that's also a little sour. I use "bon maman" raspberry jam and whole-wheat bread.
