Your Es and Is are too strong. Some parts of your speech stand out too much. You haven't really gotten the rhythm and emphasis of the english language yet.
Start listening to english music, watching english movies/film, and you'll eventually get it. When english speakers speak we don't emphasize any parts of word nor do we emphasize any letters. Our tone is fairly monotonous.
