The crown was used for coronation of polish monarchs from 1320 to 1764. But the crown in the picture is just a replica, because fucking Prussian king destroyed it for money in XIX c. Destruction was all the Prussians did

Nobody know exactly. It was probably damaged while in the Habsburg treasury and after that nobody wanted to fix it, because they didn't want to meddle with a holy relic and it makes it look unique I guess. Over the time it sort of became a national symbol with the meaning of "our shit got fucked up bad, but we are still here" basically.

Do you have to learn to all the kings in your country? Luckily we stopped having to do that some decades ago. I've always thought it a silly thing but some people think it's important.

>>51055317
Wow one of the few treasures of pre-tzarist russia that never got plundered by kikes
nice to see it.
>>51059958
Doubtful authenticity. There has probably been some king called Ragnar but there's no way to verify him. And certainly the myths about him came later. The list is only verified kings who can be historically verified. Starting with Gorm and Harald who both carved their names in Denmark's largest cliffs.

that's nice. Tb h the way Iceland handles this is pretty nice. As far as I remember, they have to give their children a scandinavian name by law, or at least names which are on the list of the government.
