Some Harriers are launching strikes against ISIS. Might be their last hurrah in American service before they start getting replaced by F-35s, not a bad send-off.

There was talk of a Harrier 3, with a more powerful engine, folding wingtips, and more fuel and hardpoints. The Harrier II Plus pushed the airframe about as far as it's going to go though, it's just about reached the limit of it's potential.

Argentina has the old legacy Super Etendards, not the upgraded one.
And they were planning to buy France's SEM as they are progressively switching to the Rafale M but they are even too poor for that.
