Battle of Chaldiran artwork. Where the Ottoman army secured the eastern expansion, at the expess of the Safavid led Persians. I believe the only two people to give Ottomans a proper trashing were Abbas the Great and Nader Shah. Nader was a beast, but Abbas was prepared (used the Long War entanglement and the revolts within the Ottoman Empire)
