They are here in the US. It's currently a cool thing to have if you are a college student for some reason. It's like a segway but doesn't have the large center shaft. Pretty cheap too, only about $200

Saw a couple college kids on them a few weeks ago. I was astonished because it somehow, impossibly, manages to be even more embarrassing to use than a segway while still increasing the douchebaggery of using it. It's literally the first piece of technology that I can't even begin to comprehend why people use it.
