I like this breakfast most. Wouldn't call it exclusively German but that's what it vaguely looks like if you got time or go order it somewhere, a nice mix of cold cuts, cheese and some veg/fruits with good bread.
I always loved it when I got the chance to have a fatty British or American breakfast especially when I had a hangover but I wouldn't be able to do anything than taking another snooze right after, too heavy for the start of the day.
