Pelasgian is a very broad term that no one knows what it means. Ancient greeks were a mix with mostly neolithic component from the levant and anatolia, native paleolithic component, indo-aryan migration from anatolia later on as well as an indo-european migration from the pindus mountains and the general area below the danube.
Add to that some slavic influence in northern greece, a bit of recent northern anatolian/caucasian that pontic greeks brought over during the population exchange and some paleo-balkanite (an ancient component that classical greeks had as well) and you have modern greeks.
They are pretty much similar to the classical/roman era ones but with those minor influences as well. The more north you go in greece after thessaly, the rule is, the more outside influence you will find.
This shows in DNA also as greeks except for pontics share 0 recent ancestry with turks (it's the opposite-western turks have recent greek ancestry, islamized greeks from old Ionia) but quite a bit with mostly southern albanians, serbs and bulgarians as well as italians.

The deal is though that indo-europeans were very few in greece and already tried to impact a very advanced and populous civilization.
