Thirdly many of them died from European diseases
Fourthly a lot of deaths happened because tribes were political forces and some of them allied with the colonists against other tribes, later on some allied with british against americans, allied with americans and french against british etc
Lastly, yes they were hard done by, especially in the 19th century where you could definitely call some of the acts genocide, but it is nothing like your bait is suggesting.
