Doesn't matter. An anti-glare coating that's too aggressive will make everything grainy and reduce contrast, but a glossy screen will turn into a mirror if you're sitting close to a window.

most of it is just making sure the room you're in has good lighting, and the spot you're sitting at won't conflict with the monitor of choice.
